ABS

ABS is a terpolymer produced by polymerizing styrene and acrylonitrile in the presence of polybutadiene. The proportions may vary from 15 to 35% acrylonitrile, 5 to 30% butadiene, and 40 to 60% styrene. In this combination, acrylonitrile offers surface hardness and corrosion resistance, butadiene provides excellent impact toughness and strength, while styrene contributes rigidity to the material. As a result, ABS has virtually no drawbacks in use: it is mechanically strong, impact-resistant, heat-resistant, and resistant to acid, alkali, and alcohol solutions. It withstands a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. ABS is an excellent material for project implementation, easy to machine, and popular in rapid prototyping systems.
Key characteristics: Strong, impact-resistant polymer. Resistant to temperature and acidic environments.

NYLON PA6 LOW WARP

Spectrum PA6 Low Warp is an exceptionally strong structural material based on polycaprolactam, enhanced with additives to reduce the shrinkage typical of processing such materials. One of the most important features of Spectrum PA6 Low Warp filament is its resistance to fuels and oils, high impact strength, and very good mechanical properties. Improved cohesion of PA6 Low Warp significantly reduces warping effects, especially in the corners of printed models. This reduction is related to the low shrinkage during processing, at around 0.3%. It is used for printing sliding bearings, scrapers, guide rollers operating at elevated temperatures; sealing rings and plates with enhanced chemical and corrosion resistance; end-use parts; and functional prototyping.
Key characteristics: Low shrinkage during processing, high mechanical strength, chemical resistance to oils and fuels, wide range of applications.

PET-G GLITTER

PET-G Glitter is a material enhanced with high-gloss glitter particles based on Premium PET-G. The particle content in the filament adds a unique aesthetic value to the printed object. Due to the presence of non-melting particles, nozzles with a diameter of at least 0.4 mm are required. PET-G Glitter can be processed at the same temperatures as classic PET-G. The material is non-abrasive, hydrophobic, and chemically resistant. This material enables high dimensional accuracy, exceptional layer adhesion, and odorless printing. Printing temperature: 230-255°C. The properties of Spectrum PET-G Glitter make it suitable for industries related to advertising materials or interior design elements, and anywhere where impressive presentation of an object is important.
Key characteristics: Chemically resistant, aesthetically attractive material. Suitable for applications where visual appeal is essential.

PET-G GLOW IN THE DARK

PET-G Glow in the Dark is a PET-G based filament blended with a concentrated phosphorescent pigment that produces a glow-in-the-dark effect. Accordingly, once printed objects are exposed to an external light source, they emit their own light. The material retains all typical characteristics of pure PET-G—the added pigment has a neutral impact on the material properties. Adding phosphorescent pigment to PET-G provides printed parts with the ability to glow after prior exposure to an external light source and allows controlling the light intensity of printed objects by adjusting wall thickness and infill density. Printing temperature: 230-255°C. It is used for manufacturing items with strong decorative and artistic effects; objects that help identify emergency exits during power outages; advertising and decorative industries; souvenir products, paintings, and gadget cases.
Key characteristics: Warping-free printing, strong phosphorescence effect.

PET-G FR V0

PET-G FR V0 is a new flame-retardant 3D printing material based on the ever-popular halogen-free PET-G. The filament is engineered to meet the UL 94 V0* flammability rating requirements. Most typical plastics have low flame resistance, so Spectrum PET-G FR V0 filament was developed with flame-retardant additives to provide a high level of safety in everyday or work environments. The applied modifications do not affect the filament’s printability, preserving the classic PET-G properties: ease and efficiency of printing, very low shrinkage, and relatively high tensile strength. Suitable for printing items where flame resistance is important, coatings or screens to protect electrical circuits at risk of fire, conceptual models, and production equipment.
Key characteristics: Flame-retardant material with low shrinkage and high strength.

СOPET-CCF (CARBON FIBER)

coPET-CCF (Carbon Fiber) is a composite material filled with 10% carbon fibers, which enhance the mechanical properties of printed parts. coPET-CCF offers improved stiffness compared to coPET and is less brittle than PLA-CCF. It is ideal for 3D printing structural components such as frames, housings, and enclosures. Printed parts are lightweight and have a matte surface finish. coPET-CCF (Carbon Fiber) is optimized for 3D printing. The carbon fibers are short enough not to clog the extruder nozzle, yet long enough to provide stiffness to the parts. This material is quite abrasive, so prolonged use may cause wear on the extruder nozzle. For 3D printing coPET-CCF, it is recommended to use hardened steel nozzles with a diameter of 0.4 mm or larger.
Key characteristics: Printed parts are lightweight and matte.
