The goal was clear:

Recreate the part as if it were factory-made.

Our engineer rebuilt the component from scratch, carefully considering:
— mounting points and element alignment
— wall thickness and load-bearing zones
— fastening geometry and precision fit

Because in technical parts, every millimeter matters.

For production, we chose PET-G — a reliable material for functional components where strength and durability are essential.

It performs well under mechanical stress, temperature fluctuations, and everyday use — exactly what such a part requires.

The result?

A fully functional housing that fits seamlessly into place — restoring both safety and usability.

In essence, it’s a replacement of the original factory part —
without long searches, waiting times, or the risk of an incorrect match.

Because when a part is damaged, lost, or discontinued —
there is still a way to bring it back.
