When restoring retro cars, it’s often the small but critical parts that are missing — discontinued components or those surviving only in damaged condition. One such request was the creation of an indicator light diffuser with exact geometry and fitting for the original mounting.

At 3DWAY, we recreated the part and manufactured it using SLA 3D printing with photopolymer resin. This material and technology ensure:

• high precision;
• smooth surface;
• fine details — exactly what automotive optics and decorative components require.

After printing, we performed post-processing: cleaning, sanding, and preparing the part for installation.

The result: a geometrically accurate indicator light that fits perfectly and looks like a factory original.
