Project stages: 

3D Modeling 

We created a detailed 3D model of BearBricks, carefully analyzing and adapting every design feature to prepare it for mold production. 

3D Printing of Master Patterns 

Using high-precision 3D printing, we produced the master pattern that serves as the foundation for the silicone mold. This guaranteed maximum detail and accuracy. 

Silicone Mold Manufacturing 

We used high-quality silicone known for its elasticity and durability. The process included: 
Creating a gating system for even material distribution;
Vacuum degassing to remove air bubbles;
Final curing to produce the finished mold. 

The resulting silicone molds perfectly replicate the original BearBricks, enabling the creation of identical copies in various materials. Thanks to top-tier 3D printing and carefully selected silicone, these molds boast high detail and long-lasting durability.
