A master model is the foundation for subsequent casting, reproduction, or series production. In this project, 3D WAY created a master model of a figurine with a focus on clean form, smooth surfaces, and a neat finish, making it ready for the next production steps.

What we did:

• 3D modeling of the character and preparation of files for printing
• FDM 3D printing of the master model
• Post-processing with liquid filler to achieve a perfectly smooth surface and eliminate small irregularities

This approach enhances the visual quality of the model and prepares it for painting, mold creation, or demonstration purposes.

Result: a high-quality master model ready for further use in production — for creating silicone molds, casting, or as a demonstration piece.
